Sheriff’s deputies found 11 children locked in cages less than three-and-a-half feet high inside a home, but the adult couple living in the home denied that they had abused or neglected the children, the authorities said Monday.
Russell Leffler, a county prosecutor, said the children had various disabilities, including autism.
I wonder if the Ohio prisons have cells that are 40-inch cubes for these (foster/adoptive) parents to try out for a few decades. I can’t see why they would need blankets or pillows in those cages.
