A metaphor for our times
George Bush struggles with his exit strategy:
To the cameras: “I tried to escape. It didn’t work.”
I can’t find the final photo in the series shown on the cover of today’s Times, an aide showing Bush where the real door is.
I find the whole sequence symbolic on so many levels.
A biologist and statistician by day, battling pseudoscience and raising a family by night.
